Danusha Ramu
Danusha is an Associate of the firm, having been called to the Bar in January 2025.
Danusha began her legal career in dispute resolution where she has garnered experience by providing support to advise and represent clients, ranging from government-linked entities, commercial companies to individuals. Her previous cases include civil and commercial disputes, employment disputes, land-related matters (including land acquisition), judicial review and contractual disputes, before she transitioned into the field of capital markets.
With her foundation and experience in dispute resolution, Danusha brings a distinctive perspective to her current practice, enabling her to offer comprehensive and strategic solutions to clients in corporate transactions.
Notable involvements:
- Acting as the legal adviser and due diligence solicitor in respect of the initial public offering and listing of a group of companies specializing in the manufacturing of plastic powders on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
- Acting as the legal adviser and due diligence solicitor in respect of the proposed initial public offering and listing of a group of companies involved in property development on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
