Brenda’s practice areas include capital markets, corporate law as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A). 

She has been involved in listing of companies on both the Main and ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities, as well as a range of corporate exercises including fundraising, share capital reduction, and M&A transactions.

Outside of work, you will usually find her playing ultimate frisbee, from chasing deadlines to chasing a 175g plastic disc and calling it ‘rest’.
