Brenda’s practice areas include capital markets, corporate and M&A, with a focus on initial public offerings. 

She has been involved in various corporate exercises and transactions, including listing companies on Bursa Securities and local mergers & acquisitions (M&A) involving public listed companies as well as private companies.

Starting with a foundation in dispute resolution, she has garnered experience advising and representing clients, ranging from government-owned strategic development companies to property development companies. Her previous cases also include multi-billion corporate fraud matters, civil and commercial disputes, and contractual disputes, prior to her transition into the field of capital markets and M&A.

Outside of work, she enjoys composing music, singing, and diving into various forms of visual arts.
