Ying Ching was called to the Bar in December 2024. 

The mainstay of Ying Ching’s work has been in equity capital markets, with a specialised focus on initial public offerings. She has been involved in a range of corporate exercises and transactions, which includes the listing of companies on the Main and ACE Market of Bursa Securities as well as the transfer listings of companies from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities. She has also gained invaluable experience in assisting in other areas of work involving mergers and acquisitions.
