Rowena’s practice areas include capital markets, corporate and M&A, with a focus on capital markets. 

Since commencing her legal practice, she has been actively involved in the listing of companies and other corporate exercises such as rights issues, bonus issues, private placement and mergers and acquisitions.  

Outside of work, she is an aerial hoop enthusiast and enjoys exploring new activities and places.
