ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES AUTORIS GROUP HOLDINGS BERHAD ON ITS LEAP MARKET LISTING
Congratulations to Autoris Group Holdings Berhad (Autoris Group) on its successful listing on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) on 10 October 2024.
Autoris Group is principally involved in providing loss adjusting services for both motor and non-motor loss segments.
Upon its debut on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia, Autoris Group achieved a market capitalisation of approximately RM74.42 million with its opening price of RM0.20 per share.
Autoris Group raised gross proceeds of RM7.81 million from the pre-listing private placement exercise, earmarked for the expansion of their loss adjusting services to different classes of insurance claims, as well as establishing physical presence in Penang, Johor, Terengganu and East Malaysia.
