ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES SABAH-BASED COLFORM GROUP BERHAD ON ITS ACE MARKET LISTING
Congratulations to Colform Group Berhad (Colform) on its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) on 10 February 2025.
Colform is principally involved in the manufacturing, processing and and trading of steel products, as well as trading of building materials. Colform also provides supply and installation services using their steel products including IBS steel framing systems as well as project management services for construction projects.
Upon listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, Colform will have a market capitalisation of RM216 million based on an issue price of RM0.36 per share and an enlarged share capital of 600 million shares.
Colform raised a total of RM41.19 million from the initial public offering, with RM18.09 million earmarked for working capital, RM9 million to set up a colour coil coating production line at its Kota Kinabalu factory, and RM4.5 million for the construction of a new storage facility in Kota Kinabalu.
