ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES EXPRESS POWERR SOLUTIONS (M) BHD ON ITS ACE MARKET LISTING
Congratulations to Express Powerr Solutions (M) Bhd (Express Powerr) on its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) on 24 September 2025.
Express Powerr, through its subsidiary, is principally involved in the provision of generator rental services and other related services which include the supply of ancillary items such as distribution boards, generator synchronisation panels, transformers, switchgears, load banks and cables.
Upon listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, Express Powerr will have a market capitalisation of RM186.9 million based on an issue price of RM0.20 per share and an enlarged share capital of 934.4 million shares.
Express Powerr raised RM49.08 million from its initial public offering, with RM36 million earmarked for the purchase of generators, medium and high voltage equipment, repayment of bank borrowings, general working capital as well as listing expenses.
