ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES ICT ZONE ASIA BERHAD ON ITS TRANSFER OF LISTING TO ACE MARKET
Congratulations to ICT Zone Asia Berhad (ICT Zone) on its successful transfer of listing on the LEAP Market to ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Transfer) on 3 June 2025.
ICT Zone is principally involved in the provision of technology financing solutions, trading of ICT hardware and software, ICT services, and cloud solutions and services.
Upon its Transfer, ICT Zone achieved a market capitalization of RM159,090,640 with its initial public offering price (IPO) of RM0.20 per share. ICT Zone raised RM26.6 million from the IPO in conjunction with the Transfer and has earmarked most of its proceeds to be utilized for the expansion of the technology financing solutions business.
