ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES LAC MED BERHAD ON ITS MAIN MARKET LISTING
Congratulations to LAC Med Berhad (LAC Med) on its successful listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 10 December 2025.
LAC Med, through its subsidiaries, is principally involved in the supply and integration of medical devices. As an authorised distributor in Malaysia and Indonesia, LAC Med supplies third-party brands of medical devices comprising medical equipment and associated products, which include medical consumables and provision of software and system integration.
At its issue price of RM0.75 per share, LAC Med had a market capitalisation of RM300 million.
The initial public offering (IPO) raised RM55.65 million, with proceeds earmarked mainly for its expansion in Malaysia and Indonesia, as well as the establishment of Medical Equipment Asset Management Services (MEAMS) and Equipment-as-a-Service (EaaS) segments.
