Our heartiest congratulations to Sumisaujana Group Berhad (Sumisaujana) on its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 9 April 2025.
Sumisaujana is mainly involved in the manufacturing of oil-and-gas specialty chemicals, trading of specialty and industrial chemicals, and provision of technical-related support services.
Sumisaujana raised RM74.40 million from its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and has earmarked 4.03% of the proceeds for the acquisition of a new warehouse and corporate office in Puncak Alam as well as 25.40% for the acquisition of its existing factory, also in Puncak Alam.
