ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES TEAMSTAR BERHAD ON ITS ACE MARKET LISTING
Congratulations to Teamstar Berhad (Teamstar) on its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) on 25 February 2026.
Teamstar, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the retail and trading of furniture fittings, general hardware, and kitchen and home appliances, as well as the provision of value-added services such as slitting of edge banding, and the mixing and sale of coatings and solvents.
Upon listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, Teamstar will have a market capitalisation of RM208 million based on an issue price of RM0.26 per share.
The initial public offering (IPO) raised approximately RM34.3 million for Teamstar, with proceeds earmarked for the setting up of new retail outlets and warehouses, repayment of borrowings, as well as general working capital requirements.
