ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES VERDANT SOLAR HOLDINGS BERHAD ON ITS ACE MARKET LISTING
Congratulations to Verdant Solar Holdings Berhad (Verdant Solar) on its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) on 22 October 2025.
Verdant Solar, through its subsidiary, is principally involved in the sale and installation service of solar photovoltaic system in residential, commercial and industrial industries.
Upon listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, Verdant Solar will have a market capitalisation of RM253 million based on an issue price of RM0.31 per share.
Verdant Solar raised RM44 million from its initial public offering, with RM39.5 million earmarked for business expansion, including the establishment of new branch offices, strategic investments, merger and acquisition opportunities, and the enhancement of digital infrastructure.
