Diane is one of the Founding Partners of the firm and is actively involved in initial public offerings (IPOs) and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Since commencing legal practice, she has participated in a wide array of corporate exercises and transactions involving local and foreign corporations, public-listed companies, REITs and financial institutions. 

In respect of IPOs, she has acted as the solicitors for local companies seeking listing on stock exchanges in Malaysia (Main Market, ACE Market and LEAP Market) and Hong Kong. She has also been involved in various fundraising exercises such as rights issues, bonds and Sukuk issuances. 

In respect of M&As, Diane has been the key transaction solicitor in various local and cross-border mergers & acquisitions (M&A) involving public listed companies as well as private companies.

Outside of work, you’ll typically find her in her favourite kolo mee/kampua spot or breaking a sweat on a badminton or pickleball court.
