ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES LIFTECH GROUP BERHAD ON ITS ACE MARKET LISTING
Congratulations to Liftech Group Berhad (Liftech) on its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 June 2026.
Liftech is principally involved in the provision of customised industrial lifting and handling equipment, under the ‘Liftech’ brand.
The IPO raised approximately RM23 million, with proceeds earmarked for the repayment of bank borrowings incurred to acquire operational facilities in Penang and Sabah, the acquisition of equipment, facility upgrades and working capital requirements.
