Ivy’s practice areas include capital markets, corporate and M&A, with a focus on initial public offerings. 

She has been actively involved in various corporate exercises and transactions including the listing of companies on the Main and ACE Market of Bursa Securities. She has also been involved in various fundraising exercises such as placement and rights issues as well as transactions involving mergers & acquisitions.

Outside of work, she enjoys hitting the courts for racquet sports like badminton and pickleball, exploring new hiking trails and spending quality time with family.
