Mendy’s practice areas include capital markets, corporate and M&A, with a focus on initial public offerings. 

Since commencing legal practice, she has been involved in various corporate exercises and transactions including the listing of companies on Bursa Securities and the transfer listing of companies. She has also been involved in various fundraising exercises such as placement and Sukuk issuances.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and planning for her next holiday.
