Charmaine’s practice areas include capital markets, corporate and M&A, with a focus on initial public offerings. 

She has been involved in various corporate exercises and transactions including the listing of companies on Bursa Securities, and the transfer listing of companies listed on the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities. She has also been involved in various fundraising exercises such as placements and bonus issues.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.
