Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy Statement

Ong Eu Jin Partnership (“Firm”) adopts a zero-tolerance stand against all forms of bribery and corruption. The Firm strongly upholds the highest ethical and professional standards and commits to professional, fair and ethical business practices.

The Firm strictly prohibits any corrupt practices conducted with the intent of obtaining or retaining business or securing any undue advantage for the Firm. This prohibition applies to all individuals working at all levels within the Firm. This includes the Firm’s partners , employees (both lawyers and non-professional staff) and pupils (collectively “OEJP Personnel”). Third parties who perform services for or on behalf of the Firm are also expected to comply with similar standards, and comply with all applicable laws relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption.
