ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES SBS NEXUS BERHAD ON ITS ACE MARKET LISTING
Congratulations to SBS Nexus Berhad (SBS) on its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) on 20 January 2026.
SBS, through its subsidiaries, is a branding and marketing solution specialist, principally involved in the provision of offline branding solutions and digital branding solutions.
Upon listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, SBS will have a market capitalisation of RM122.5 million based on an issue price of RM0.25 per share.
The initial public offering (IPO) raised approximately RM30.6 million, with proceeds earmarked for the setting up of new headquarters, business expansion, branding, marketing and promotional activities, as well as general working capital requirements.
