Amelia is an Associate of the firm and is actively involved in a range of corporate exercises, with a primary focus on the listing of companies on Bursa Securities.

She has experience across a broad spectrum of corporate work, including due diligence exercises, transactional documentation, and regulatory advisory matters in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, trade, financial services, and financial technology.

Drawing on her experience in these practice areas, Amelia adopts a practical and commercially driven approach in advising clients on legal and regulatory matters.

Outside of work, Amelia enjoys keeping active through going to the gym, pilates, and yoga.

Amelia is fluent in English, Chinese and Malay.
