Justin Wong is an Associate of the firm whose practice areas include capital markets, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). 

He has been actively involved in a range of corporate exercises and transactions, including the listing of companies on Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad, M&A transactions involving both public listed and private companies, as well as fundraising exercises such as the issuance of bonds and Sukuk. 

Justin has also been involved in Mandatory General Offer (MGO) exemption exercises arising from corporate acquisitions, and has experience handling the acquisition of real property assets funded through proceeds raised from initial public offering (IPO). 

Outside of work, Justin is a former state-level football player who continues to lead an active lifestyle. He can often be found on the badminton or pickleball court, in the pool, or at the gym
