Daphne is an Associate of the firm whose practice is primarily focused on equity capital markets and corporate transactions, with experience in legal due diligence, regulatory compliance and transaction support.

Daphne began her legal career at one of Malaysia’s leading law firms, where she gained exposure to a broad range of corporate exercises across various industries, including healthcare, construction, marine transportation and digital media. Her experience includes listing of companies on the Main and ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, Regularisation Plan, Selective Capital Reduction and Mandatory General Offer.

Daphne is fluent in English and Malay and is able to converse in Chinese.
