Kristy is an Associate of the firm whose practice focuses on equity capital markets and corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Kristy regularly advises on equity capital market transactions, with a particular focus on initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Main Market and ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. 

In addition to IPOs, Kristy has experience advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory matters. She has also assisted clients across various industries in navigating regulatory compliance and identifying legal risks to support strategic business objectives.

Outside of work, Kristy enjoys staying active through racquet sports such as badminton, pickleball and tennis. She also enjoys discovering new cafés and restaurants and spending quality time with family and friends.
