Stephanie Tan is an Associate of the firm, principally involved in equity capital markets with a focus on initial public offerings on the Main Market and Ace Market of Bursa Securities. Her work spans transactions across a range of industries, including food and beverage and marketing solutions. She has also supported mergers and acquisitions matters, assisting in due diligence exercises for proposed acquisitions across various sectors. 

Through her transactional experience, she has developed a working focus on due diligence and regulatory compliance, bringing a detail-driven approach to each matter. Her exposure across multiple industries has given her a broad commercial grounding that she applies to each new transaction
