ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES SRKK AI BERHAD ON ITS ACE MARKET LISTING
Congratulations to SRKK AI Berhad (SRKK AI) on its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) on 9 July 2026.
SRKK AI, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in providing IT consultation and project implementation services, cloud services, IT managed services, sale and rental of IT hardware and software products, and data analytics and business intelligence solutions.
Upon listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, SRKK AI will have a market capitalisation of approximately RM90.88 million based on an issue price of RM0.32 per share.
The initial public offering (IPO) raised approximately RM20.48 million for SRKK AI, with proceeds earmarked for strategic growth initiatives in artificial intelligence (including the setup of AI labs and an AI academy), geographical expansion into Indonesia, building an in-house Security Operations Centre, branding and marketing activities, as well as general working capital requirements.
