Adelyn’s practice focuses on capital markets, corporate and mergers and acquisitions, with particular focus on initial public offerings. 

She also has prior exposure to Intellectual Property, Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), Finance, and Real Estate matters. Since joining the firm, Adelyn has applied this industry knowledge to a range of corporate exercises and transactions, including listings on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and transfer listings from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Outside of work, Adelyn enjoys playing pickleball, exploring new cocktail bars, and sharing her enthusiasm for Penang’s food scene.
