Wendy is an Associate of the firm and is actively involved in various corporate exercises, primarily the listing of companies on Bursa Securities.

She has been involved in a broad range of corporate and property-related transactions, including due diligence exercises, transactional documentation and regulatory advisory, as well as supporting corporate mergers and acquisitions across various industries.

With her foundation and experience in real estate and corporate mergers and acquisitions, Wendy applies a transaction-driven and risk-focused approach to capital markets work, including due diligence, verification and disclosure-related matters for listing exercises.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys working out, beach time, coffee hunting, good laughs, and good music.

Wendy is fluent in English, Chinese and Malay.
