ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES SEMICO CAPITAL BERHAD ON ITS ACE MARKET LISTING
Congratulations to Semico Capital Berhad (Semico) on its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) on 13 January 2026.
Semico, through its subsidiaries, is principally involved in the provision of family entertainment products and services encompassing the supply of arcade and amusement machines, the operation and management of a family entertainment centre, and the wholesale and distribution of toys and collectables.
The initial public offering (IPO) raised approximately RM23.2 million, with proceeds earmarked mainly for expansion of its toys and collectables segment, including increasing inventory of popular and trending items and diversifying its product range. Part of the funds will also be channeled towards expanding its arcade and amusement machine business.
