ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES TECHSTORE BERHAD ON ITS ACE MARKET LISTING
Congratulations to TechStore Berhad (TechStore) on its successful debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) on 18 February 2025.
TechStore specialises in providing enterprise IT services, primarily involving IT security and automation solutions to support its customers’ operations.
Upon listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, TechStore will have a market capitalisation of RM100 million based on an issue price of RM0.20 per share and an enlarged share capital of 500 million shares.
The initial public offering of TechStore raised RM25 million, with RM11.48 million allocated for working capital, RM5 million for repayment of bank borrowings, and RM2.72 million for the recruitment of business development personnel.
