ONG EU JIN PARTNERSHIP ADVISES METRO HEALTHCARE BERHAD ON ITS TRANSFER OF LISTING FROM THE LEAP TO ACE MARKET
Congratulations to Metro Healthcare Berhad (Metro Healthcare) on its successful transfer of listing from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Transfer) on 15 November 2024!
Metro Healthcare is principally an obstetrics and gynaecology (O&G) healthcare service provider, specialising in providing fertility and other O&G healthcare services.
Upon its Transfer, Metro Healthcare has achieved a market capitalization of RM244,726,250 with its initial public offering price (IPO) of RM0.25 per share.
Metro Healthcare raised RM39 million from its IPO in conjunction with the Transfer and has earmarked more than half of its proceeds to be utilized for the expansion of its O&G business.
